Influcio website source distribution Glass shader and motion model adapted from Appllama/liquid-glass-screens, revision 07cb20db94a26790f38166a916bb668e796ad335. Copyright Appllama contributors. Licensed under GPL-3.0. Upstream: https://github.com/Appllama/liquid-glass-screens Modified 2026-10-16: SkSL to WebGL GLSL port; GPU lens with a live DOM-backdrop texture; browser pointer/scroll integration; retains a large sphere rather than shrinking to a button; colored caustics disabled and rim/shadow softened at user request; centered title passes through the lens before rising, with broad neutral volume shading. Original branding, stickers, starfield and copy are not included. Modified 2026-10-18: backdrop snapshots follow live descendant text positions, opacity and clipping during heading reveals; workflow sequences retain original timing with selected text regions restored using built-in image generation. This combined website application source is made available under GPL-3.0. Third-party libraries, fonts and media retain their own licenses and rights. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by Wabi, Apple, or any other referenced company. Third-party product names, trademarks, service marks, logos, screen text, artwork, and other brand elements belong to their respective owners. They are referenced only to identify and study a publicly visible welcome-screen interaction. Appllama claims no ownership of, and grants no license to, any third-party intellectual property. "Liquid Glass" is a term Apple uses for its own design system; this project is not that system and does not use it. ## What the repository license covers The GNU General Public License v3.0 applies only to original project code and original material that Appllama and the contributors are legally able to license. It does not grant permission to use third-party trademarks, copyrighted assets, copyrightable screen content, protected trade dress, or other proprietary material. Raster files and the clip under assets/cookbooks were generated for this project rather than extracted from a production app, and the prompts that produced them are published in prompts/. That provenance does not transfer or eliminate rights that may exist in a referenced interaction, trade dress, or other recognizable expression. The reference clip used to calibrate the interaction is intentionally not redistributed. The measured geometry, thresholds, and physics are documented in docs/MOTION_SPEC.md, and every generated file shipped by this project is inventoried in docs/ASSET_PROVENANCE.md. ## Do not ship the references unchanged Before using any implementation in a public or commercial product, you must: - replace the wordmarks, stickers, copy, and backdrops with your own authorized artwork; - create your own independently designed colors, typography, spacing, composition, and motion language; - remove anything that could imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by a referenced company; and - obtain any permissions or legal clearance required for your use and jurisdiction. Changing only a wordmark, app name, or accent color may not be sufficient. No commercial-use permission for third-party intellectual property is granted by this repository. ## No automatic fair-use safe harbor Describing a use as educational or noncommercial, providing attribution, or including this notice does not automatically make that use lawful or qualify it as fair use. Fair use is evaluated case by case. This notice is informational, is not legal advice, and does not guarantee that any particular use is permitted. If you are uncertain, consult a qualified intellectual-property attorney before publishing or distributing your work. ## Rights-holder requests If you are a rights holder and believe material in this repository should be corrected or removed, please [open an issue](https://github.com/Appllama/liquid-glass-screens/issues). ## Authoritative references - [U.S. Copyright Office: What Is Copyright?](https://www.copyright.gov/what-is-copyright/) - [U.S. Copyright Office: More Information on Fair Use](https://www.copyright.gov/fair-use/more-info.html) - [U.S. Copyright Office: Computer Programs](https://www.copyright.gov/register/tx-programs.html) - [USPTO: About Trademark Infringement](https://www.uspto.gov/page/about-trademark-infringement) - [USPTO Trademark Manual: Registration of Trade Dress](https://tmep.uspto.gov/RDMS/TMEP/print?href=TMEP-1200d1e835.html&version=current) 2026-10-19: Refined creator card labels in workflow sequence 2 using built-in imagegen and tracked local composition; dimensions and timing preserved. 2026-10-19: Capability visual uses the publicly served Cards2Anim.glb, Platform-O.glb, environment 1.jpeg and Draco runtime from Noomo (https://noomoagency.com/). Original geometry and documented material values retained; labels/icons, pastel colors, horizontal layout and scroll/idle behavior adapted for Influcio. Attribution is not a representation of a separate asset license. 2026-10-19: Refined creator globe marker borders, signal lines and easing; reduced globe projection to protect the upper halo; removed Collov.AI 500K from the case directory. 2026-10-19 revision: Restored six capability cards and original Noomo model hierarchy, animation clips, renderer/material bindings and separate h4.jpeg platform environment. Customized only labels/icons, pastel colors, fit and scroll input. Replaced workflow 1 with user-supplied 300-frame sequence; built-in ImageGen restored its text and workflow 3 overview/chart labels. Superseded generated sequences removed; original inputs preserved. 2026-10-19 autoplay revision: Capability GLB clips now loop automatically while the section is visible, independent of scroll progress; pastel blue, pink and lavender saturation slightly increased.
